It is too early to say who was at fault. But I will be interested if it is Air France. I recently flew London-Paris-Johannesburg on Air France. Although it was business class I thought the facilities and the level of service were poor in comparison with other airlines – and over the years I have done a lot of flying because I grew up abroad and today family are still spread across three continents. I had the impression of bored, indifferent staff.

They could say “One plane taxis into another” but that wouldn’t let you hope to the devastation that the heading implies…
